Rear Restaurant Extension
A sensitive rear extension to the Grade II listed Sessions House, replacing a later non-original addition with a new limestone and oak features. Designed to create a light-filled restaurant dining space, roof lanterns bring natural light deep into the extension while the material palette responds carefully to the character of the historic building.

A single-storey kitchen and living space extension that reimagined how the home would be used— adding flow, light, and value.

Extension to factory.
Steel portal frame, with steel cladding enabling large uplift in production.

Client testimonial: We appointed Arc Survey & Design Consultants in February 2020 as our architects and project managers for the construction of a 19,000 square foot warehouse extension and the rear of an existing factory. From concept to construction, this new-build home was delivered entirely through Arc’s integrated Design and Build service.
Our team handled design, permissions, and project management under one roof.
Result: Delivered on budget, and exactly as envisioned.
